ARROW Garage Gym Plate Loaded Pec Fly Rear Delt

ARROW Garage Gym Plate Loaded Pec Fly Rear Delt

Take your upper-body training to the next level with the ARROW Garage Gym Rear Delt Plate-Loaded. Designed for serious lifters who are looking for commercial-grade performance without the commercial-grade price tag, this machine is purpose-built to target the rear delts, delivering focused muscle isolation in one compact unit.

Built from heavy-duty steel tubing and finished in a sleek, industrial style, this machine provides stability, comfort, and smooth, joint-friendly motion through every rep. Independent lever arms allow both bilateral and unilateral training to correct imbalances and increase time under tension, while the adjustable seat and support ensure proper alignment for maximum rear delt activation. The plate-loaded system makes resistance adjustments quick and seamless, and is compatible with all Olympic weight plates.

Plate Compatibility Disclaimer

Please note: ARROW Garage Gym Series plate-loaded machines are designed for use with rubber-coated weight plates. Due to the larger diameter of bumper plates, they may not slide fully onto the plate-loaded shafts or sit flush against the machine frame.

Bumper plates can still be used, however they may not load all the way onto the shaft and may reduce the total weight capacity that can be achieved on the machine.

For optimal loading, stability, and performance, ARROW rubber-coated plates are recommended.
